This first part is for NON-REDSHIRTS only:
Varsity players should open the attachment and see the options for getting your 2nd lift each week. These will be LEADER-LED LIFTS. You need to choose one time on EITHER Wednesday or Thursday (not both days). Reply to me with your choice. This will start next week. So, we will lift together on Sunday evenings, and you will get your second lift on either Wednesday or Thursday at the time you sign up for. You need to get a lift on your own either today, tomorrow, or Thursday.
REDSHIRTS: This week, you can get a lift on your own today, Wednesday, or Thursday, but we WILL LIFT TOGETHER THIS SATURDAY morning after team pictures. Then, we will start our normal lifting schedule: Monday afternoon, Wednesday night at 9pm, Friday (morning if away game; afternoon if home game), Saturday morning (home games only). We will lift 3-4 days per week.
EVERYONE: The work we do in the weight room is vital to your durability (injury prevention) and performance. Work hard each and every time we are in there.
