Scout Team Players of the Year

White Attack (Offense) - Tim Lackey
According to our defensive coaches, the White Attack was the best it's ever been. We had several guys who were ready, willing and able to jump in and selflessly do all they could to make the team better. The player that stuck out the most was Tim. Tim is a RB, but readily played various positions based on need. He was always quick to do whatever was needed to help our defense prepare for the upcoming opponent.

Black Attack (Defense) - Marquale Pierson
Black Attack did a great jump this season, especially considering the fact that due to injuries, by the end we only had 13 guys who were able to help. Thus, the guys who were healthy got few breaks. Marquale was a guy we relied on heavily to get the secondary lined up correctly and adjust and change coverages. He was always making sure the scout team was giving the offense the correct look. His attention to detail was pivotal.

Thanks to both of these guys for all their hard work, and thanks to all of our redshirts for all they did, too. We look forward to the spring because the redshirts have been removed, and we think this group is going to be a great one.
